Job Role and Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
To maximize cross sell of all banking products
Requirement:
University Graduate or equivalent education preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience as telesales representative in banking industry
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
Sales. :1 year experience
Preferred : Banki and insurance sales
