6. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
7. Excellent in all MS Office
8. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
9. Replying emails, providing alternate mobile #, any missing or supporting documents needed.
10. Answering incoming and doing outgoing call
11. New follow up mails will be sent if necessary, any re-schedules, urgent installation or change of plan etc.
