Telesales Executive
Deus Real Estate is Dubai’s premier real estate company, located in Media City, Dubai.
Responsibilities:
•Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls to generate new sales.
•Build relationships with our clients through both inbound and outbound calls.
•Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections using communication scripts.
•Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
•Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
•Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
•Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
•Meet person qualitative and quantitative targets.
•Manage and deliver the Sales on a day-to-day basis.
•Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high performance.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
•Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
