Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist in Dubai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Specialist will also be responsible for providing customer support, training, and resolving customer complaints.
Qualifications
2+ years experience
Customer Service and Communication skills
Proven track record in Sales and achieving targets
Customer Support skills, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
Experience in providing training to sales teams or customer support staff
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Fluency in an additional language(s)
Experience in the immigration or recruitment industry
