Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our state-of-the-art LED video walls.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our LED video wall solutions.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements.
Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
Schedule and conduct virtual product demos and consultations.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the technology or display industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to understand and convey technical product information.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
