Responsibilities:
•Receiving Customer’s Orders via phone and WhatsApp, each according to its area of specialization
•Understand the order well, enter its data correctly, and inquire about any ambiguous points.
•Passing the order to palace Hall.
•Communicate with external sales representatives and receive orders from them.
•Not Receiving any order from foreign sales representative via a phone conversation but it’s be written by WhatsApp message.
•Entering the invoices into the file and achieving the according to the approved system daily. In the event of insufficient time, a delay period of no more then three days is allowed and after obtaining the approval of the public accountant.
Required Skills:
•Graduation in any stream.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Creative thinking skills.
•The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
•Good sales ability.
•Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
•Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
•The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
•Minimum 2 years of experience as Tele sales.
