Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tele Sales Representative with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at communicating and closing deals over the phone, showcasing excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact potential clients via telephone to promote and sell real estate listings.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, including current listings, market conditions, and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other telemarketing techniques.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person property viewings with prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Telesales Agent or similar role within the Dubai Real Estate Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Bilingual candidates are welcome, with proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
