We seek a well-spoken Telesales Representative to follow up on generated leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and successfully closing sales. Additionally, the role involves doenting customer information, answering inquiries, and scheduling them for Immigration counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach: Pitch Job Offers and initiate conversations with potential customers over the phone.
Engagement: Ask engaging questions to keep conversations flowing and maintain customer interest.
Customer Needs Assessment: Listen actively to customers’ needs and provide informed recommendations on relevant job descriptions and job orders available.
Doentation: Accurately gather and doent customer information & payment methods.
Job Description Knowledge: Stay current on all Job Orders & services offered to effectively inform customers.
Promotions: Inform existing customers about new promotions to encourage additional sales.
Customer Support: Address and resolve customer questions and concerns regarding products and services.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Experience: Previous experience in Telesales or a similar sales position is preferred.
