We are currently looking to recruit a Tender Specialist.
Qualifications:
· Preferably BS in Civil Engineering.
· With a strong background in Tenders & Proposals: Estimating quantities, preparation of technical documents, cost comparison & evaluation.
· Sound knowledge and experience on tender preparation for, infrastructure projects, commercial buildings etc.
· five years of experience in the construction industry.
· Exp. in Ashghal, HIA or Military projects is an added advantage.
· Proficient in Primavera Project Manager P6, Microsoft Office Applications, AutoCAD, Ms-Project CostX BIM, Revit, Primavera Contract Management Candy, CCS Navisworks, Tableau, and or OpenLCA.
