Job Description

1.Tender Management:
oLead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
oAnalyze tender doents to understand client needs and project specifications.
oCoordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and inputs for bid proposals.
oDevelop competitive and commercially viable bids by assessing project requirements and market conditions.
2.Contract Management:
oDraft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.
oMonitor contract performance, ensuring all parties adhere to contractual obligations and deliverables.
oAddress and resolve any issues or disputes related to contracts.
oMaintain and update a centralized database of contracts and related doentation.
3.Stakeholder Communication:
oLiaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
oProvide expert advice on contract-related matters to internal teams and management.
oRepresent the company in meetings, negotiations, and discussions related to tenders and contracts.
4.Compliance & Risk Management:
oEnsure all tendering and contracting processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
oIdentify and manage risks associated with tenders and contracts.
oDevelop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
5.Market Analysis:
oConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
oUtilize market insights to improve bid strategies and contract terms.


Candidate Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)) is preferred.
•Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in tendering and contract management, preferably within the environmental and agriculture sectors.
•Strong knowledge of UAE contracting laws and regulations.
•Proven experience in preparing and managing high-value tenders and contracts.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
