Job Summary: This is an entry level position responsible for learning proficiency in
Testing, adjusting and Balancing while performing diversified duties as a TAB Technician.
Role: Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) is an important part of mechanical HVAC
systems. On a basic level, TAB technicians ensure the cooling or process related airflow(s)
a waterflow(s) are delivered efficiently, quietly, and safely throughout a system. A
certified TAB technician should be able to complete a forensic evaluation of a system to
determine possible areas of efficiency loss and comprise while developing potential
scenarios for resolution(s).
• High School Diploma a GED equivalent.
• Basic Microsoft Operating System knowledge: EXCELL, Word
• Technical Diploma or equivalent
UAE Driving license is a must
