1.1 To be in charge of a shift of Seamen.
1.2 Required to supervise the running of mooring of ships at the Terminals.
1.3 Required to supervise the coupling up of hoses, telephone cables and the like to ships.
1.4 Must be conversant with rope sizes, wire sizes, sh connections, gasket and with relevant terminology.
1.5 Supervising the maintenance of ropes, springs, wires, fenders and all other gear as required.
1.6 Assist in the training of subordinates.
1.7 Carry-out other related duties as the Company may from time to time require.
1. To be in possession of an approved seaman card equivalent NAKHODA “A” license such as “Efficient Deck Hand” or “COXSWAIN” or “BOATSWAIN” license.
2. Having approved seagoing experience of minimum 5 years on board tanker or in similar job.
