Well Known FMCG Company Based in Jeddah is looking for Trade Marketing Manager with the below job duties:
Deliver key results in Sales through effective sales planning, including:
Ensure the development of 3D Plans (Integrated Demand Strategy) which should be the main developer together with the KSA Sales Manager.
Owner of data driven AmpS planning and their prioritization, defining and controlling the variables, by channel / brand (Assortment, Merchandising, Price and Shelving), informing the Sales Manager.
Plan annually strategies and tactics to implement with the necessary insights for the preparation of the customer joint business plans.
Develop, communicate and supervise the correct implementation of the action plans (Promotions, POP Campaigns) by our segments and customer channel.
Lead the development, tracking and prioritization of AmpS targets per Channel
Provide data driven insights / trends / efficiency ratios, diagnose and develop plans (by qtr), to ensure the operation of the S & OP process (18 months).
Develop win-win arguments for each tactical / introductory action.
Build Scorecards that allow monitoring both the implemented activities and the introduction of new products.
Leading the customization of plans in partnership with the Sales Manager to sell new product launches.
Responsible for capitalizing and replicating "Best Practices", with other SBU's / CDU.
Select, recommend and follow the menu of promotions / programs, more effective and cost-effective, to the Trade.
Evaluate pre and post-activity promotional actions.
The TMM is responsible for executing a category management approach, materials and resources, for the market. It will define the "how" the Sales Manager, will use category management, to obtain superior results.
Defines the priorities and ensures the execution of Category Leadership and value-added portfolio to the Trade (via trade funds, marketing funds Teams, and Supply Chain).
Provide relevant insights from our categories, to our customers, to build AmpS winners.
Proactively diagnose and develop business plans, according to the needs of brands, channel, and customer demand forecasting.
Coordinates the work connection between MKT and Sales, for the development of the tactics and activities of promotion to the Trade that achieve fulfillment of the commercial objectives.
Jointly develop POP communication material and key packaging messages.
Provide feedback from the point of view of retail and channels, ensuring the correct definition of AmpS and packaging, for the launch of new products.
Coordinates the work connection between MKT and Sales, for the development of the tactics and activities of promotion to the Trade that achieve fulfillment of the commercial objectives.
Jointly develop POP communication material and key packaging messages.
