Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Clearing Specialist who is proficient in using Dubai's Tas-heel and Amer platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various transaction processes, including company registration, banking solutions, mortgage services, loan services, VAT registration, PRO services, and visa services. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai regulatory environment and the ability to efficiently navigate and execute tasks on Tas-heel and Amer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Tas-heel and Amer platforms to process and clear all transactions related to government services and business setup in Dubai.
Handle company registration procedures, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
Provide clients with banking solutions, including setting up corporate bank accounts, managing banking doentation, and liaising with banks.
Offer expertise in mortgage services, assisting clients in securing mortgages and managing mortgage-related doentation.
Manage loan services by guiding clients through the loan application process and liaising with financial institutions.
Process and manage VAT registration for businesses in compliance with UAE VAT laws.
Deliver PRO services, including doent clearance, government liaison, and employee visa processing.
Facilitate visa services, including employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and residency permits.
Ensure that all transactions are processed efficiently, meeting deadlines and adhering to Dubai government regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws, regulations, and best practices related to Tas-heel, Amer, and other business services in Dubai.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their business needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dubai Tas-heel and Amer platforms.
Proven experience in handling company registration, banking solutions, mortgage services, loan services, VAT registration, PRO services, and visa services.
Familiarity with Dubai's business regulations and government procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic is a plus).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
