To take a co-leading technical role in the design and development of SOGES’s Transformer Rectifier.
Review customer requirements and specifications and do the engineering work for assigned jobs, which would include but not limited to equipment layout drawings, BOM, three line diagrams, section views and design calculations as per agreed timelines.
Prepare ordering information and initiate procurement of raw materia. Capable of defining the technical specifications of the product components.
Produces clear and precise shop floor documentation packages into manufacturing environment to facilitate the complete build cycle of products.
Provide technical guidance to Shop Assembly staff in all aspects of procurement, assembly, configuration & testing
Understands customer specs and requirements with the ability to translate them into the production environment.
Interface with purchasing and vendors in the modification and approval of component parts and assemblies
Simplify product designs for improved manufacturability and reduce cost without compromising product quality and function.
Establish and document standard design processes and products
Provide technical support to Manufacturing
Design preparation & Bill of Materials as per customer requiremen
