We are looking for a male operation intern in our esteemed company, which has been in Dubai for more than 30 years. Our core is tourism infrastructure. Specifically, we need a transport co-ordinator who will co-ordinate with the reservation team to arrange transport to our clients. The main products to arrange transport will be our Dinner cruises and Desert Safari.
Preferably Hindi and English-speaking candidates with good communication skills.
The position includes outdoor and indoor activities. There will be a manager to guide you. The starting salary is 1200 AED for 3 Months and full - time will be 2000 AED.
Key Role and Responsibilities include:
-Follow up and check on the system on daily bookings (number of pax), allocations (driver details and define the number of Vehicles) bearing COVID restrictions.
- For Pick up- Send details via message or job card of pick up and guest details. The transport coordinator has to follow up on pick up with the drivers.
- If the guest is a no-show or is late, the transport coordinator has to contact the agent to inform them about the same.
