Bahrain Travellers & Consulting, the first Italian-managed tour operator in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Desk Assistant to join our team.
The selected candidate will be based at our travel desk located inside Hilton Hotel Bahrain, assisting hotel guests by providing information about tours, activities, and vacation packages, while promoting our brand’s authentic and high-quality experiences.
This is a part-time position with a fixed monthly allowance and commissions, ideal for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and passionate about hospitality and tourism.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests at the Bahrain Travellers & Consulting desk (Hilton Bahrain)
Provide personalized information and sell tours, activities, and experiences
Handle bookings and coordinate with our operations team
Promote ongoing offers and ensure high guest satisfaction
Maintain a professional and friendly presence at the travel desk
Female candidates only (Bahraini or resident in Bahrain)
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (Italian or other language is a plus)
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
Sales and customer service skills
Motivated, proactive, and reliable personality
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests
Professional appearance suitable for a 5-star hotel environment
