Handling and overseeing all travel arrangements and operations (Flight, Hotel, Transportation, Tours & Excursions)
Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures for corporate and retail
Supervise the operations team and ensure proper SOP is mandated / followed
Proven experience as corporate travel manager / supervisor
Atleast 5 years’ experience in the travel trade (Flight, Hotel, Transportation, Tours & Excursions)
Knowledge of loc travel protocols
Working knowledge with GDS (Galileo / Amadeus)
Excellent communication skills (writt negotiation skills
Well organized and reliable
Customer-oriented and provides excellent customer service
Arabic speaker is preferred, but not required
