A travel and tourism company is looking to hire a Travel & Reservation Officer with experience in the travel and tourism field to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Booking and issuing airline tickets.
Booking hotels and arranging all necessary travel requirements for customers.
Following up on reservations and making amendments when required.
Handling reservation systems such as Galileo & Amadeus, as well as online booking platforms.
Providing customer support and responding to travel-related inquiries.
Requirements:
Experience in the travel and tourism field.
Good knowledge of flight and hotel reservations.
Ability to deal with customers professionally.
Commitment, discipline, and reliability.
Good command of English; Arabic knowledge is preferred.
