Job Description

At 800carguru we are looking to expand our Tyre sales department as we are looking for opportunities to grow own Sales
so you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of the business, with responsibility for
achieving the Tyres division’s business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo manage the Daily Sales and Operations activity Achieve monthly sales targets through effectively communicating and selling Tyres Develop & maintain accurate and up-to-date effective Tyre customer database in the CRM Record the remarks for all the leads accurately Managing & building customer relationships for both existing and prospective client.Product sourcing through our vendors by doing Product Price comparison analysis by arranging eligible model
specifications. Timely reporting to the Supervisor. Perform any other duties that may be assigned. Adhere to all company SOP's, guidelines, and values, especially in Sales Participate actively in any company activity to ensure the continued growth of Provide customer service assistance in terms of technical advice and enquiries by customers. Prepare and follow up on all quotations requested by customers to turn them into Sales Be able to explain technical tyre details to customers and internal staff as and when required. Process sales invoices and arranging for delivery of products. Respond & handle customer complaints promptly through coordinating and following up all customer related issues to
ensure maximum customer satisfaction.Management of Operations by Ensuring services offered are to the expected standards and optimize the way these
products or services are delivered.Plan the complete purchase Processes: Make sure efficient and effective possible process and deliver the quality their
customers expect.Set Output KPIs that measure the daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
