We are looking for an energetic, and professional Vacation Homes Agent who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, by providing personalized attention to our guests and owners.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for answering all coming inquiries from potential guests via phone, email or chat.
Convert potential inquiries into real reservations
Be responsible for check-in and check-out process for our guests and responding to their inquiries immediately.
Assist owners with their statements and any other general inquiries and concerns.
Making the minimum number of calls calls to generate new listings.
Ability to establish relationship with real estate brokers to generate new listings.
Ability to follow established procedures
Meet and maintain company standards
and metrics such as guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry conversion to reservations.
Basic salary 3000 AED and excellent Commission structure.

Requirements·
Relative experience in Holiday homes business or customer service or hospitality.

Fluent English speaker·
Preferably English and Arabic speaker
At least High school Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Valid Visa for at least 3 months
UAE’s driver license is a must with own vehicle.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to include a professional telephone and email etiquette.
Highly motivated to generate new business and gain generous commission.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and offer exceptional service.
Self-disciplined and hungry the success and the achievement of goals,
Well-spoken and presentable.
