Merich Global is looking for Sales Supervisors and Representatives to help us increase sales and address customer needs within a specific region.
Merich Global is the official UAE distributor of Al Safi Danone, a market leader in diary products in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC region, operating in the traditional channel. Merich Global is the supplier of innovative and great-tasting products under the brands Al Safi, Danette, Activia, Actimel and Safio.
Job scope includes presenting our products to existing and potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. To be successful in this role, you should be a hard worker, highly motivated to meet sales goals and have excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
· Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
· Follow the daily and weekly visit schedule
· Build and maintain strong relationship with all the customers
· Work closely with sales supervisor and other teammates to meet individual and group sales quotas
· Ensure proper Merchandising, POS and displays across market
· Be responsible for achieving all outlined sales goals
Requirements
· 3+ years of work experience as a Sales Representative
· Fluent in English
· Familiarity with “dairy industry” is a plus
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills
· Proven success at previous sales roles
· UAE Resident
· UAE Driver's License
