The Van Sales Executive is responsible for Marketing, selling and delivering of Tea and Coffee products to customers in a designated area, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves driving a company van, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Customer Service:
•Present and sell company products to current and potential clients.
•Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
•Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
2.Delivery and Inventory Management:
•Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
•Manage inventory levels, ensuring the van is adequately stocked.
•Perform regular stock checks and report inventory needs.
3.Route Management:
•Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
•Ensure timely deliveries and manage time effectively to meet daily targets.
4.Vehicle Maintenance:
•Maintain the van in good working condition, performing regular checks and basic maintenance tasks.
•Ensure the van is clean and presentable at all times.
5.Reporting:
•Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
•Report daily sales performance and any issues encountered to the Sales Manager.
