Waitress (Cafe Group) – Ajman
We are looking for a warm, energetic, and proactive Waitress to join our cafe team in Ajman. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
What You Will Do:
Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
Menu Knowledge: Answer questions about menu items, recommend daily specials, and suggest pairings or upsells.
Café Upkeep: Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are kept clean, organized, and properly set.
Teamwork: Coordinate closely with the kitchen and barista staff to ensure smooth service and timely orders.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress or Server in a fast-paced cafe, restaurant, or the hospitality industry.
Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle ca systems is a plus.
Language: Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic or hindi are an advantage).
Traits: Proactive, energetic, and a strong team player who maintains a positive attitude during peak rush hours.
Appearance: Excellent personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance.
Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
