Summary
As a Wait, you will be responsible for providing excellent and consistent service to your customers.
The Wait is responsible for serving Food & Beverages to guests in the assigned workplace, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Work in close cooperation with the Manager, Supervisor, Kitchen team, and Cashiers to ensure a smooth running operation
Ensure the proper appearance and grooming.
Work towards the timely setup with co-staff according to the Restaurant Menu and in line with the Business hours
Welcoming the arriving customer & Presenting the Menu to the customer.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with our customers.
Familiar with the restaurant menu, promotional activities, and other relevant issues.
Contribute to meeting and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the respective outlet
Qualification
Nationality – Indian, Srilankan & Filipino
Age - 25-30 Years Old
A relevant degree or diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management.
Work Related Experience with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in 3-5 * Hotel & Restaurant operations.
Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional with customers.
Able to work with Flexible duty hours.
Able to work under pressure and with or without the supervision of the Supervisor or Manager.
Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork- oriented and Easy to Train.
