Job Description: Wait
•Meet and greet guests and escort them to their designated tables with atmost professional manner.
•Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about the restaurant, chef, food, cuisine, portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
•Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, glasses, menu & iPad as per the Company guidelines.
•Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report if any problems.
•Inform customers about the day’s specials.
•Offer menu recommendations upon request.
•Take accurate food and drinks orders.
•Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
•Serve food and drink orders.
•Maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
•Check and deliver bills and collect bill payments
•Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
•Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
•To be consistently well groomed & professional in appearance and to wear the appropriate uniform.

Qualifications:

Salary Package: AED 2500 to AED 5500 plus attractive incentives
