Key duties & responsibilities
1. Greet and escort customers to their tables
2. Present menu and provide detailed information
3. Inform customers about the day’s specials offers
4. Take & place accurate food and drinks orders
5. Communicate order details to the Kitchen team & follow up
6. Serve food and drink orders as per the standards
7. Listen & handle any suggestions, complaints from customers according to the procedures
8. Provide excellent customer service to customers
9. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
10. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
11. Deliver checks and collect bill payments
12. Carry dirty plates and glasses to the kitchen for cleaning
13. Assist others in the team & help in maintaining a high level of teamwork
