Location: Melodica Music Academy, Office 1506, 15/F, Mazaya Business Avenue, AA1, JLT, Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management – Greet students, parents, and visitors with a warm, positive attitude.
Administrative Support – Handle calls, appointments, and inquiries while maintaining accurate records.
Student Support – Assist with class schedules, course information, and academy services.
Payments & Invoicing – Process payments and manage financial records.
Sales Promotion – Promote and upsell our music education services.
Problem Resolution – Resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
Team Collaboration – Work with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Proven customer service and sales experience
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Polite, professional, and outgoing demeanor
Immediate availability preferred
No appointment needed—just walk in and meet us this Wednesday and Thursday, December 4th & 5th, from 9 AM to 1 PM!
