II. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
· Controls inventory levels and reconciles with data storage system.
· Ensures proper storage of materials inside the warehouse to conform to standard warehousing procedures and parameters.
· Accepts material returns from production and facilitates appropriate disposal per established procedures.
· Encodes all material transactions to the ERP system and coordinates with Logistics and Sales & Marketing Team for inventory status.
· Ensures that all materials movements and transports are properly accounted and doented.
· Assists and reviews business processes flow on receiving, dispatching and inventory management
· Accepts raw and packaging materials delivery according to the established procedures.
· Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
· Maintains warehousemen job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
· Assists in the equipment requirements to support the targeted outgoing products such as the racking system, forklift and pallets.
· Responsible for the implementation of Company rules and regulations, SOP’s and administers necessary disciplinary actions for non-conformance
· Sees to it that the warehouse is clean and safe from rodent and pest outbreaks, fire hazards, and other accidents by promoting cleanliness inside the warehouse, providing effective pest control alternatives, ensuring that firefighting equipment are functional and are in place, and removing other potential hazards.
Make reports to view warehouse updated status regularly(capacity, inventory accuracy, location accuracy etc)
Responsible in monitoring the unloading of incoming containers and loading outgoing shipments correctly.
Organize incoming container pallets to available locations before shipment arrives.
Follow up maintenance, charge and cleaning of equipments regularly.
Manages Performance reviews of employees and report to Managing Director.
Identify damaged equipments, pallets, ite and report to the Managing Director.
Check the accuracy of inventory count regularly.
· Solve systematical problems
· Performs other functions as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree
· At least 1-2 years of experience in Warehousing Management
· Must have extensive knowledge in handling all the aspects of warehousing which includes Stock Management, Delivery Management, Vehicle Management, Streamlining process in the warehouse, Data Maintenance & Employee Management
· Must be familiar with ISO Standards
· Preferably with SAP ERP background
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
· Computer literate, able to handle MS Office, preferably Advance Excel
· Contract length: 24 months
