This is a Contract role under ManpowerGroup - 12 months renewable contract
KEY CHALLENGES:
Coordinate, manage, monitor and report on the operations of the warehouse staff and daily activities.
Provide structure and performance to facilitate and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, internal and external.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Inventory maintenance. Register information required for the good maintenance of the products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials following the instruction given.
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Prepare order to dispatch on timely manner
Periodically make internal and external inventory audits.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers
Operate within regulatory, business, health and safety guidelines.
