Key Areas of Responsibility
· Helping with the preparation and the setting up of equipment (lo watersports equipment and other items) prior to the guest’s arrival on board
· Assist with restocking watersport equipment and other items post guest’s departure
· Greeting guests upon arrival in a professional and welcoming manner
· Store any guests belonging
· Giving brief introductions on Jalboot’s watersport activities and boat tours
· Informing guests on rules and regulations to ensure safety on-board
· Preparing and serving on-board snacks, drinks and other amenities
· Having an extensive knowledge on nearby local attractions, shops, transportation options and assisting guest with general enquiries
· Upselling and recommending diverse watersport activities by offering suggestions and opinions
· Building and maintaining relationships with guests before and after the watersport activity
· Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the boat during the activities.
· Respond to basic emergencies such as performing first aid procedures.
· Ensuring that the storage room is clean, neat, and tidy and organized at the end of the operations
· Act as the site liaison for the operations and sales & marketing department
· Reporting after every activity to the operations manager
