Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to targeted prospects and existing contacts.
Clearly explain and promote our services to potential clients.
Identify decision-makers and key contacts to generate high-quality leads.
Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through cold calls, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, or site visits with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales progress
Achieve and exceed week lead generation and sales targets.
Stay up to date with company offerings, pricing, and industry trends to effectively pitch to prospects.
Handle objections professionally and identify ways to overcome sales challenges.
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in telesales, business development, or outbound sales.
Speak Arabic & fluent English
Strong sales mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence to engage with decision-makers over the phone.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must be based in Bahrain
