We are currently hiring for the position of Wiring Harness Section In-Charge in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Below is a brief overview of the role:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead wiring harness production operations and manpower.
Ensure I quality compliance.
Prepare product costing (material, man-hours, tooling, overhead).
Develop prototypes and support new product development.
Maintain production planning, tools, fixtures, and testing equipment.
Control material usage and implement cost reduction.
Prepare daily reports, time studies, and KPIs.
Requirements:
Diplo in Electric.
3–8 years wiring harness or electrical assembly experience.
Strong knowledge of costing, time study, and IPC standards.
Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
