Responsibilities Manage, organise and control an efficient mechanical engineering workshops including the management of other workshop team. Provide a mechanical engineering advisory to other workshop managers or team. Ensure all log books and departmental records are effectively maintained to enable stock control, ordering of parts and all other workshop functions operate efficiently. Service record and meeting service schedule for all company owned vehicles. Advising the management on the best practic options in relation to company vehicles maintenance. Manage, organize and quality control all aspects of vehicle service including duty of care work prior. Reduce the vehicle revisit to increase workshop efficiency. Contribution to efficient service operations by reducing the causes of idle time and job\ Stoppages. Ensure that the workshop operation meets the requirements of local environment. Prepare SOP, adopt best practices of workshop and vehicle maintenance. Ad-hock Reporting.
