-Managing and leading the workshop staff
- Day to day operations of job schedule and labor allocation
-Liaising with the internal and external contact to ensure the quality standard of the items delivery
-Taking part in material purchasing and quoting
- Working with the Retail Operations Manager to fulfil the customer’s satisfaction by responding to their request
-Cooperating with the Retail operations Manager to identify the customer complaints and suggesting the suitable solution
-Daily Report to be sent to the Retail Operations Manager on the job progress and manpower status
- Having ongoing a staff training for skills improvement
