• Must have a sound knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, mechanical & HVAC functionality
Electrician:
• Install, maintain, and repair all electrical related systems including wiring, low voltage motors and pumps, lighting, drivers, HVAC and hot water heaters.
Plumber:
• Install, maintain, and repair all plumbing related systems including water pumps, drain lines, hot water heating systems, valves, water tanks, hoses, showers, sinks, toilets, taps and shattafs.
HVAC Technician:
• Experience working with Split AC units and centralized systems, domestic high wall split units, VRV, VRF and ductable split units
