As a Draftsman and Technical Coordinator, your overall responsibility encompasses preparing precise
technical drawings, managing regulatory compliance portals, and supporting the technical team.
Your core duties are divided into the following key operational pillars:
A. Drafting & Drawing Preparation
• SPC & SVG Drawings: Prepare accurate Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) and SVG compliant shop
drawings, layout plans, camera placement diagrams, and technical schematics.
• BOQ & Doentation Support: Support site surveys by drafting precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ), updating
structural shop drawings, and maintaining technical data in designated tracking folders.
B. Portal Management & Regulatory Compliance
• SIRA Portal Management: Handle SIRA portal submissions, doentation, and coordination required for
site approvals and official clearances.
• E-Guard / Video Guard Portal Job Management: Manage portal updates, system connectivity records, and
administrative requirements for Video Guard system
C. Technical Coordination & Support
• Technician Coordination: Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and communication with the technical and
field teams.
• General Support: Provide administrative and technical support for office operations, project files, and
reporting.
D. Team Coordination & Reporting
• Daily Review Meetings: Attend technical team review meetings from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM (Monday to
Saturday) to help organize schedules and doentation.
• Schedule Communications: Assist in compiling and sharing the next day's field and office schedules to the
designated communication group by the end of duty each day
