Job Title: Accountant
Company: Shambarg Contracting and General Maintenance LLC
Location: M-40, Musaffah Abu Dhabi
Work Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 2-3 years of GCC experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including payroll, VAT filing & financial reporting.
• Handle petty cash, supplier invoices, & ensure compliance with purchase orders & goods receipt notes.
• Prepare & maintain financial statements, bank reconciliation, & monthly audit reports.
• Generate invoices via accounting software and other supplier portals, and maintain strong customer relations by following up on payments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor and tax laws.
• Use advanced Excel for financial analysis, reporting & data management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of relevant GCC experience, preferably in contracti company.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP Arabia)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial processes efficiently.
