Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Support HR functions (recruitment paperwork, onboarding, leave records)
Manage budgets, invoices, and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Supervise administrative staff when required
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ma (Asian Nationality)
With Vaild QID and able to start immediately
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
