Job Description

Kaaya Prime Realty is seeking a versatile Admin Coordinator and HR Assistant to join its team in Dubai. This dual-function role is critical for both the operational success of the real estate division and the administrative efficiency of the human resources department. You will be responsible for managing property listings on various portals, handling sensitive doentation and contracts, and acting as a key liaison between clients, agents, and developers. On the HR side, you will facilitate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, supporting the onboarding of new hires, and meticulously maintaining employee records. Additionally, you will oversee daily office coordination, update CRM systems, and schedule critical viewings and meetings. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the multitasking skills necessary to support both real estate administration and corporate HR functions.

Candidate Requirements

a. Previous experience in real estate administration, general office admin, or HR support is highly preferred

b. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of organizational competence

c. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems

d. Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment

e. Knowledge of doentation, contracts, and compliance procedures within the UAE market
