We are looking for an experienced Recruiter – UAE National to join our team in Dubai. The role will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for manpower supply and workforce solutions requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
• Manage multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment requirements
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on recruitment requirements
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- UAE Nationals (Emirati) only
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Experience in Manpower Supply, Staffing, Outsourcing, Recruitment Agencies, or Workforce Solutions is highly preferred
• UAE recruitment experience is strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and MS Office
• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
