Job Title: Office Administrator / Admin Coordinator
Department: Integrated Restaurant Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a Hospitality Supervisor or in a similar role, along with strong administrative and coordination skills.

Preferably female candidates of Indian nationality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Prepare and issue quotations or doents in coordination with operations and management teams
Maintain accurate records and filing systems related to restaurant and hospitality operations
Coordinate internally with various teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Follow up on approvals, submissions, and client or vendor communications
Support reporting and general office coordination tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a Hospitality Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
