Looking for a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and able to work independently and as a team. Good working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, word & PPT).

Key Responsibilities :-
•Manage the daily operations of the office and ensure a smooth workflow
•Maintain accurate records of office operations, including vendor and client information, billing and invoicing, employee files ,ISO Doentation.
. Handle Social Media Marketing .
•Attend to phone calls ,Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and employees
•Ensure company policies are followed and enforced regarding office organization, security, health, and safety standards
•Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, filing, and preparing doents
•Maintain office equipment to ensure optimal performance
•Other duties as assigned
