Job Description

Job Summary:
Providing administrative support within an engineering consultancy office in Abu Dhabi, including reception and appointment scheduling, doent management, following up on company registration with official bodies and banks, and preparing and tracking payments through the FAB (FBMS) system, to ensure smooth operation. Working with high efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
• Managing reception duties, calls, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

• Following up on company registration procedures with government agencies, banks, and procurement systems.

• Setting up and maintaining the FAB (FBMS) system for national loans and payments to consultants and contractors.

• Maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files and managing project and administrative doents.

• Preparing, drafting, and printing correspondence, reports, and administrative memos.

• Following up on doents required for approvals from government agencies.

• Monitoring the office's administrative needs to ensure business continuity.

• Managing insurance renewals, trade licenses, and government permits.


Candidate Requirements

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering consultancy office within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (essential requirement).

• Extensive experience working with FAB Bank and the FBMS payment management system for consultants and contractors (essential requirement).

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace.

• Good knowledge of the procedures and requirements of official entities in Abu Dhabi.

• Excellent command of English and Arabic.

• Highly organized
