a. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Master's Degree is a plus.
b. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial, luxury, hospitality, or interior fit-out projects.
c. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and 3D visualization tools such as 3Ds Max or similar software.
d. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction doentation, and coordination with MEP and structural teams.
e. Solid knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and detailing.
f. Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority requirements, and regulations.
