Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, and coordination layouts (AutoCAD/Revit).
Review IFC drawings and raise RFIs for discrepancies with structural & MEP drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for design clarifications.
Prepare material submittals, mock‑up details, and finish schedules.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
Prepare as‑built drawings, detail drawings, and joine layouts.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and local authority standards.
Support project manager in technical doentation, method statements, and BOQs.
Attend site meetings and prepare MOMs for architectural scope. Required Skills & Software
Strong in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion (optional).
Knowledge of architectural detailing, waterproofing, finishes, GRC, gypsum, joinery.
Understanding of structural–architectural–MEP coordination.
Ability to prepare shop drawings with high accuracy.
Good communication and doentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1–3 years UAE experience in villa or residential projects.
Experience with consultant submissions and authority approvals is an advantage.
