The selected candidate will manage sourcing processes, engage suppliers, and oversee contract execution, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, value for money, and compliance with internal procurement policies. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end procurement activities, supporting contract administration, driving competitive bidding processes, building supplier relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on project scope and execution.

a. Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
b. 7–10 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain roles
c. Experience in oil & gas, utilities, marine, logistics, or infrastructure environments preferred
d. Strong commercial, negotiation, and vendor management skills
e. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
f. Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
g. Membership of a professional body such as CIPS is a plus
