The role involves sourcing and purchasing kitchen equipment and related supplies, managing overseas suppliers, coordinating shipping and customs clearance, and ensuring timely delivery.

a. 2–3 years of procurement and supply chain experience in related supplies.
b. Experience sourcing and managing overseas suppliers.
c. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
d. Experience handling shipping, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
e. Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
f. Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.
g. Understanding of impo regulations and compliance.
h. Ability to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
i. Proficiency in MS365 Dynamic software is an advantage.
