Job Description

Responsible for assisting in planning and managing operations in the assigned restaurant in order to exceed company targets for growth and profitability with an outstanding product and service execution.
 
Operate the Company Brand and ensure there is no violation of the Brand Standard to maintain food and service quality.
Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurants in order to exceed company objectives.
Set individual goals and monitor daily sales targets to maintain and increase brand objectives.
Balance staffing levels and labor costs to achieve optimal productivity.
Monitor and control cost centers using established methods to meet goals.
Monitor Food Safety, Food Quality, and hygiene Standards to meet a high level of product service.
Maintain adequate stock levels for the volume of your brand business for growth.
Respond and resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist Restaurant Manager to achieve targets and to meet brand objectives with maintaining quality and service for high-quality end brand.

Assist Increase brand profit
