Dynex Arabia is seeking an experienced Project HR Manager to lead human resources operations for major projects in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will oversee project HR activities, manage employee relations, coordinate workforce mobilization, ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, support project staffing requirements, implement HR policies and procedures, and maintain effective communication with project teams. Aramco Approval is mandatory for this role.
